Dyson's de-tangling technology removes long hair and pet hair from all around your home. The De-tangling Motorbar cleaner head automatically lift strands from the brush bar as you clean, sending them straight into the bin.
Radial Root Cyclone technology helps deliver the same suction from start to finish – so there is no loss of suction. The Tangle-free turbine tool with counter-rotating brush heads removes hair from carpets, cars and upholstery without tangling.

well worth the money
I have only had mine for a week, as I had hoovered my lounge and hall the day before it arrived I thought it would be interesting to go over it again with the new machine, to be honest I was amazed how much it picked up, it’s easy to manoeuvre and gets into fairly tight spaces, it’s quite a large capacity bin too, it really gets into the carpets and leaves them looking fresh, it comes with an array of useful tools which I stored behind the boiler cupboard door using 40mm pipe clips, also it has a 5 year warranty, I’m very impressed with the quality and performance of this machine.

Great Vacuum
Decided to get a new vacuum as our Vax bagless cylinder was struggling to pick up dirt. First thing to note is how much quieter this vacuum is, I was expecting the vacuum to be rather loud from experience with Dyson forever ago, but it looks like the technology has advanced quite a lot. Yet, despite being quieter the vacuum seems much more powerful. The motorised brushes get deep into the carpet and uplifts dirt, hair, lint and fluff. As we both have relatively long hair we were expecting to have to clean the motorised brushes. However they are designed in a way to detangle the hair from itself. More force is required to manoeuvre this vacuum, but it is balanced out by how less often you require to go over a section of carpet to clean it. Good bin size, will generally need emptying after a whole house clean, though bigger than the old cylinder vacuum we had. You may be overwhelmed by all the attachments that come with the vacuum but trust me, each one has had its use for one scenario or other. The Harlow Argos store had this vacuum in stock for pick up on same day which was perfect. Staff were really nice.

Dyson animal multifloor
Love a Dyson. The ball makes it so easy to use and manoeuvre. The extra long power cord means you don’t have to keep unplugging and re plugging all the time. Suction is so good. It clears so much more off the carpets without having to go over it time and time again. Detangling head is a positive compared to the older Dyson models. Love the no touch emptying of the Dyson. So easy to clean and maintain too. No other brand can match the power and versatility of the Dyson with all the attachments and being on the machine is very convenient. Dyson hands down winner every time.

Just fantastic!
From having a Henry Hoover and Sharks all my adult life, the Dyson has transformed my life, it sounds corny but its true. I hoovered with henry then 5 mins later I used my new dyson and it picked up so much! Will never go back to anything else!

Excellent vacuum cleaner.
Needed a new vacuum cleaner and this was best value and available at time. Very pleased at performance much better than old one also a Dyson.

Good suction, hard to manoeuvre
Had it for a little while now, cabt fault it for suction/cleaning power but its weight is bordering on unweidly - doing the stairs is a full body workout and the extension pole is a bit of a nuisance more times than its helpful. If you have mostly flat surfaces and the strength of The Rock then go for it!

Weigh up pros and cons but overall it works for us
The vacuum has pro’s and con’s…I was torn between getting the Dyson, which we have had previously, or going for the shark, which everyone seemed to have. Just to point I have moved from a pull along to the Dyson upright. Cons:- •It is quite heavy or should I say it is heavier than I expected. •I don’t like the tube and find it very awkward to do the stairs. I don’t know if this is due to past experiences with old dysons where the pipe split and it still feels like it could break if stretched too much. •Despite the ball being promoted to help manoeuvre, I don’t find it that easy but saying that we have a small house and like said above it is heavy. Pro:- •It picks up the dirt very well with great suction. Had it for a month and no issues. Carpets always bright and fresh looking after cleaning. •Easy to empty the dust bin and clean the filter. •Changing between carpet to hard floor is simple. •Picks up my dog hair really well. I have a long haired dog (think Samoyed) and I only have to go over it once to get it removed and my dogs hair can stick to places.

Having checked the instructions for the Dyson Ball Animal Multifloor Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner: The vacuum will not lie flat, so depending on the height of the bed, may not fit under. However, it does support that of a 'wand' attachment, that could be used to clean under the bed.

There are three versions of the Dyson Animal Ball, Dyson Ball Animal Corded Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, the Dyson Ball Animal Multifloor Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner and the third and most expensive being the Dyson Ball Animal Complete which is most likely to be the animal ball 3 (not confirmed on Dyson website though).
