Does not feel as safe as ladder in my previous house. In particular, the safety sticker indicating the line which should be vertical was stuck on the incorrect side of the ladder, making it impossible for that line to be vertical.

Our pole was missing. The pole handle was there but not the actual pole. I went into Argos and they checked another they had in store - same issue, no pole.
