After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Werner 4 in 1 Combination Ladder.
you can use these ladders on stairs, provided it is set up correctly in the stairwell function.
Position the Stabilizer: Ensure the stabilizer is placed at the highest point of the stairs.
Adjust the Fly Section: Make sure the fly section (the extendable part of the ladder) is positioned three steps down from the stabilizer.

No, the ladder can only be used in the configuration shown with the stabiliser bar being on the stairs. We’d advise against using it in any manner that’s it’s not designed for and to attempt to do so would be at your own risk.

The Argos answer is quite simply wrong. The ladder extends to 3.51m. The working height of a person standing at the safest height of the fully extended ladder is considered to be 4.27m based on some assumptions about average adult height.
