Bought recently and very pleased with the quality, it easily covered the three walls in my lounge ( room size 18'6" X 12' ) easy to apply , it was over white walls that needed redoing, easy to apply, and quick drying, lovely finish with brush and paint pad, great price.

A great size paint with brilliant white coverage it goes on really smoothly and dries quickly, use of a brush or roller allows the paint to adhere to the surface but will need three coats to get a full colour coverage.

Our supplier has advised that the Leyland Wall & Ceiling Matt Paint - Brilliant White - 10L can be applied to bare plaster.
'However, we advise sticking to one product and not using secondary products as mist coats. Its unnecessary and brings a level of uncertainty to the overall dry film thickness of the coating.
We advise following thinning instructions which are included on the rear of the tin.'

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Leyland Wall & Ceiling Matt Paint 10L - White: Any paint can be mist coated , it would depend what you want a mist coat for .
If dried new plaster yes this paint can be mist coated.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Leyland Wall & Ceiling Matt Paint 10L - White: As with most projects most work would require a minimum 2 coat application, however if there’s a wide colour change additional coats may be required, as in this case green to white may simply require extra layers to fully hide the darker existing.
As for adding water this can be undertaken also for absorbent and porous surfaces the thinning amount is generally detailed on the instructions as all paints will require differing amounts.

For exterior walls, you would need a masonry paint.
