About this product
Leyland Walls and Ceilings Matt Emulsion is a low odour, water based paint for interior walls and ceilings. The contemporary matt finish is ideal for helping disguise uneven surfaces and can be used on new plaster. Under normal conditions, a second coat can be applied after 2-4 hours. Leyland Walls and Ceilings Matt Emulsion will cover up to 13 sq metres per litre depending on the nature and porosity of the surface. Strong or contrasting colours may require additional coats.

Lovely colour
Ordered online. Thought it was normal size. So was shocked when I saw the tub. As others has stated. It does look white. Need att least 3 coats before u see tint grey , I like it walls look nice clean, my son took what was left over (a lot). To do small box bedroom For price. & ending up with nice clean room no complaints

I bought this light grey wall paint 2 weeks ago, it’s very nice and perfect quality,but it ended up very light in colour it’s almost white so I returned it , the Argos staff were very helpful and supportive they didn’t refuse,, I returned it and bout another shade of grey (moonlight sky grey) Johnstone’s . Thanks Argos big love ❤️

Paint is lovely, really good price and so easy to paint with. Drys very nice finish, there is a large tub so I didn't have to worry about having enough to do my hall and staircase

Does have a light grey when dry but is very light
As others have mentioned this does look more white than grey when you first put it on however after the paint has dried you can see it's a light grey, especially after a couple of coats. It's nice if you want a whole room with a slight grey tint however if you're doing a feature wall with a white or cream colour then you'll probably want to go for something darker as it does look very light and close to white.

The paint is a water based paint so you can water it down further for a mist coat.

Yes its a lovely light grey colour. I have painted over white and painted over a darker grey and the colour is the same. Highly recommend this paint.
It does look like a pale grey - silver colour on the wall. Doesnt have a blue tinge to it like a lot of others I tried. Really nice pale grey. Covered well.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Leyland Retail Wall and Ceiling Matt Paint 10L - Grey:
All greys have an undertone of another colour other than black.
The amount of natural light reflecting off a surface can cause the undertone of a colour to look more prominent than in other areas.
Personally, I would say this colour has a mauve undertone to it.
