Quality machine
It is great for making protein shakes with frozen chunks of fruit. Sometimes I have to shake the bottle because stuff at the top of the bottom doesn't always fall down and mix. Great quality bottles and lids for taking the shakes to work.

Very much disappointed
Offering ice crushing power and quality. After 1 month of usage the black rubber coupling on the jar worn off. Very disappointed on the quality and there is no a single part is available in the market. Even the company don't provide the spare.
