Not happy
I bought this blend active to replace my old one. Who in their right mind would have the unlock in the same direction as the screw off lid . Mine jammed so on trying to get it to detach from the base it was unscrewing the lid so all my smoothie ended up going everywhere. I'm very unhappy with this new edition.

Fell apart within a year
I've used the previous model and that one lasted years until it fell apart. The replacement, the latest model didn't last a year. The moving parts to the blender blade broke and the content of the bottle ends up leaking everywhere before I turn it on, and when I do the blade doesn't rotate. I'm not happy and I can't buy a replacement one either from the looks of it. Judging from the reviews this is a huge design flaw in the latest model, as many customers are impacted.

Very disappointed
Having purchased my first one of these in 2024, it sheared off the spinning mechanism within 12 months. Breville replaced it in July 2025 and today the replacement has done the exact same thing. This is not a suitable product for daily use. It can't even handle mixing liquids. Do not buy.
