No instructions in to show how to put it together as a person who I got it for has a mental health disability couldn't do it

Poor, manufacturing fault.
I bought 3 of these. All were of sub standard quality. Poor design, needle too thin resulting in more air coming out than was going in.

Hello There.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Opti Football Pump.
Insert the correct valve in to the head of the pump.
Then push the valve into the ball where the hole is to inflate and pump.
