Pretty dissapointed
It doesn't chop or grate very well, i'm always left with big chunks of vegetables when i use it to chop onions or grate carrots.....and i viewed the video where it shows how to use it and what part is used for chopping and grating, it chops and grates but not entirely, you're always left with 30% of the vegetable chunk.It can mince biscuits though.

Powerful and practical
Great machine, a bit bigger than I thought but looks great on display. All very easy to use and powerful, which saves a lot of time in the kitchen. Could do bit a bit more accessories but I do think the value for money is great

I don't know how I killed my wife's Kenwood processor. It was about 50 years old and almost a family member. The nearest similar replacement - also a Which Best Buy - came at a very good price and with a couple of extras which the old one didn't have. Ordering was easy and collecting the next day was a bonus. It's a little bit larger than the old one but that's no problem and, design wise, is as good as you'd expect. As the Title says - I hope it lasts as well as the other one. (If it does I won't be around to know, but my great grandchildren will!!)

Very disappointed
I bought this a few weeks ago and upon opening the box noticed that it the lid was cracked from the central spoke. I took it back and got a replacement only to discover the same fault in the second one. This completely put me off this make as when looking through the booklet it also stated that the lid would not have been replaced under the guarantee if I had kept it and it got worse. I had a Kenwood food processor for over 35 years and this was going to be a replacement for it but the quality is not there any more.

Excellent Quality as you would expect from Kenwood
Very impressed as always with Kenwood products, well packaged (but in my opinion excessively so, the box it came in was considerably larger than I was expecting or that was required!) Good range or accessories for a reasonable price for the brand reputation and product quality, it feels solid and well made. Only used it to make one batch of cakes so far, will be testing it for other cooking in due course. Recommended!
