I have an average hand size, seven to seven and a half, but I found these weights too small so difficult to fasten.

Seemed like a good idea at the time

They are wearable weights, but the hole sizes are a bit small for my long fingers and larger hands than an average woman. Unfortunately, the hole positions for thumb are not adjustable, and I end up with ring marks on the skin from pressure after I use them. Unsure if I'll keep them.

Great if you want to size up weight wise from regular piloxing gloves - seem a bit small for my hands but think they just need wearing in!

Comfortable to wear

I really like these, compared to wrist weights. They don't move around and much and are comfortable to wear during a workout.

Very well made but pretty small

Well made gloves and lovely to look at - but small. I only have fairly small hands and although I can get them on they are a bit painful for me to wear after a while. I’m not sure if that’s because they are too small foe me and they stretching my hands a bit, or whether it’s just from using them as weights. I will try them a couple more times, but I might have to return them.
