Fab barbecue!
This is a fabulous little thing. Easy to put together, to get lit and to cook on. Produced some lovely grub with it and it was all straightforward and hassle free.

The perfect portable bbq
Compact, easy to assemble and a bag of coals lights easily and you're ready to cook in 10 mins or so. The cooking time lasted around a couple of hours and it has a big enough grill space to cook for 3 or 4 people. Really pleased with this purchase. Was a real hit for our camping trip and I'll use it at home also.

Useful barbacue, as can sit on most surfaces but not so easy to clean but same as most barbecues , definitely strong and robust

Durable+!
Sadly, at 45-odd years old, my previous Go-Anywhere has finally given up the ghost, though I should add that I was still using it up to the end! (In truth, only the inside grids and the outside dampers had rusted away. Not bad for nearly half a century!) So, when it came to replacing it, there was no question - buy the same again! Consequently, I look forward to writing my next review in 2070.

I bought this BBQ having given a present of the same model previously. This one however was supplied minus the slide plates that control the side vents.

Great bbq
I bought this to replace one I had previously as it’s ideal for just one person. Disappointed that the quality is not as good and it no longer has side handles which makes it more difficult to collapse the legs. Top handle a lot better though as it protects against the heat. A retrograde step Weber!

The legs and the cooking grate are plated steel. The fuel grate is heavy gauge steel.

The legs rotate over the lid, lock or clip into place allowing you to lift the whole thing with the handle. It is part of the design.

Thanks for your query about the Weber Go Anywhere Charcoal.
Having checked, the lid does not clip onto the barbecue. The handle is just for lifting the lid on and off rather than being a carry handle.
