Nice item
Nice looking item, sits well in our dining room fireplace. Gives a nice glow. Only used it on low level heat so far, does the job.

GREAT SMALL FIRE
We have had this fire a few weeks its a lovely looking small fire with no name on the front i wanted the look of a real log burner . Its flame effect is great for the price gives out a great output of heat very lightweight to we put a small gutter type elbow on top to give us the real stove effect.

Looks like a gas fire but electric
I was after a realistic electric fire and this it what it does, I wanted to go with electric so the glow of the fire could be on without heat having to come out unlike a log burner fire or gas fire would do. It gives the exact look I’m after

Great little heater !
I bought this electric stove to replace my logburner which was the same size..... I just got fed up with all the mess from the logs....plus needing to redecorate once a year from the smoke....when you load the logs. It fits great into my fireplace and just sat neatly under the flue pipe which I blocked off. So far I have just used it on low......heats the room quickly plus a cozy glow....im very pleased with the stove.

The flue does not come with this item and does not need one to operate, and is personal preference if you later wish to purchase one, you can purchase artificial flue pipe from most DIY stores.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Adam Hudson Electric Stove-Black: ''When on the flame effect setting all electric fires will make a low humming noise due to the motor turning to create the flame effect. This should not be loud enough to be heard over a television for example but in a silent room will be a noticeable background noise.''
