Great value for money
I bought this as my last phone died. I am very happy with it. It came with batteries and instructions. It is very easy to use and has some useful features and has a built in answer machine. I haven't had the opportunity to use the handset away from the base so not sure about the quality of the call other than from the room its in and that is excellent. i would definitely recommend this product.

Good looking and easy to use phone
The phone was reasonably priced It was easy to install and to add and save regular contact numbers I have not used some of the functions yet - voicemail messages & nuisance number blocker - so cannot comment onthese functions yet. The phone and base look quite nice and fit nicely on our corner cabinet. There are a good selection of ringtones One minor gripe, it has changed the time setting on 3 occassions - I don't know why - but this is only a minor inconvenience. (I am not sure if this is an issue with the phone or if it is an issue with my internet access eing lost fromtime to time)

Most Sky routers with digital voice service support this, but if your router doesn’t have a phone port, you’ll need to connect the phone to a BT wall socket instead.
