A rich mid-century walnut aesthetic meets simple scandi looks. Making Loxley one of our favourite designs. This 2-drawer bedside table shouts high end. From its deep soft close, easy glide drawers on metal runners to its circular turned wooden handles and classically styled plinth. Beautiful, perfectly proportioned and practical.
This Habitat piece is crafted predominantly in solid wood, echoing the organic principles and values of those early modernists, as popular today as they were in the 20th Century.

Great quality & stylish
Great quality bedside drawers that look really stylish. Easy assembly and sturdy. (Mine had the smallest mark on the front, barely noticeable & Argos customer service were fantastic in coming to an agreeable resolution!)

Decent flatpack table with darker (walnut) look
We got two of these for our guest bedroom to match the Habitat walnut-finish bed. They were relatively easy to assemble, though one was missing a piece of hardware. Getting the drawers on at the end was a bit fiddly. They aren't a perfect march for the bed, but close enough.

Lovely Loxleys
I bought a pair of these to fit in with the rest of my mid-century styled apartment. They do just the trick. The style is tasteful and appropriate for the period, despite being somewhat modern. Although they are obviously not solid walnut, they look and feel high quality. They are also a nice height for a bedside table. One or two of the locking cams did break when assembling (which may be due to my lack of skill or due to manufacturing weaknesses), but I was able to order replacements very quickly through Argos’ support site.

Beautiful little piece of furniture. I love the design of the Habitat Loxley range. The drawers can be a bit tricky to get in at the right angle - but easier than with the larger chest of drawers. You just have to line them up really carefully before putting them in.
