sadly thin insulation and plastic.
sadly these were so thin and fragile that I didn't even use them and feeling guilty for adding to the plastic mountain. anyone want them free.

Bought these a month ago. Exactly as expected & described. Lightweight, wipeable & keep drinks/snacks cool For a reasonable amount of time tk sag that were on holiday in Cyprus with temperatures nearing 40 degrees ! Would recommend as good value for the price.

Very flimsy and not adequate for a good cool bag
I had to return this cool bag. I personally think it is made of a very flimsy material and not of a good quality. It was a sale item at £10 and wasn't able to keep anything cool. It wasn't a good buy for me, thus returning it.

The supplier has advised the following for the Home Cool Bag Pack of 2 - Grey:
“ That depends on a number of factors.
Whether ice blocks are used, the outside temperature, the temperature of the food, the location of the bag.
They have been tested to EN 12546-2 Insulated containers for domestic use. Specification for insulated bags and boxes, and the time taken for the temperature to rise from 5 to 15 degrees is 2-3 hours. That’s without ice blocks. ”

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Home Cool Bag Pack of 2 - Grey: There are no freeze board pockets inside the cool bags. It is ok to place the cool packs loose inside the bags. I would place one at the bottom and one at the top to keep food cool.
