Not White!
This has to be one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in a very long time and I’ve not even tried the product yet! It’s advertised as white, it’s far from white it’s cream and I brought this as I wanted a white coffee maker to match my kettle toaster and microwave so am extremely disappointed with the labelling of the colour and secondly the offer of the free coffee pods and cups has us running round in circles trying to upload the information you wanted as proof of purchase, the whole experience with this product has been unpleasant, can’t even comment on how it works as it’s not up and running in the new kitchen yet. Do I recommend this product? Definitely not if you’re looking for a white one!!

A great coffee machine
This coffee machine does everything I want it to do. Milk frother is great and lovely coffee with different compatible pods. Only downside is Argos advertise 14 pods come with it to try different coffees but only 7 arrived

Amazing Coffee
I don’t know how i lived my life without this loads of different coffees and hot chocolate to choose from my favourite is Starbucks Italian roast strength 11 lungo not the expresso one as i like to have a large cup (x3) in the morning

Worth it
Coffee shop prices are just out of control now, so I wanted to get proper espresso and steamed milk at home, especially working from home more. I worked out that it’s cheaper to have an espresso machine and use pods than keep going to cafes (even with loyalty cards). This machine takes Nespresso original pods which are by far the most common compatible pods you’ll find in the UK, so you can try pretty much every brand and coffee out there which was the main factor for me- even Aldi do them! This machine is super simple to use once you’ve used it a couple of times and figured out which of your cups are the perfect size, etc. I don’t mind cleaning the milk steamer, I just reuse it as I need to then clean it properly at the end of the day with everything else. Two things to note: the white colour is ever so slightly more off-white/cream that it looks in photos (I love it, but something to be aware of if you need it white white), and ensure when using the milk steamer you push it all the way in and it’s not loose at all. Enjoy!

As this is a pod machine you would just need to purchase hot chocolate pods to use in the machine.

The supplier has advised the following for the Nespresso Lattissima One Pod Coffee Machine - White:
“ As with most coffee machines which do not have a specific 'cold coffee' function, you can easily create iced coffee with the Lattissima One machine by simply making an espresso as normal, and pouring it over ice. Adding cold milk and additional ice will create a perfect iced coffee. ”

Apologies for the confusion. Nespresso have confirmed that the 2 warranty is upgraded to 3 years if customers become a member of 'Nespresso & You'. More information can be found for this on the Nespresso website. You'll need to retain your receipt as this validates the warranty.
