Good charger but takes 8 hrs plus to fully charge
Using it for a desk fan for approx 8 hrs a day & lasts 3 days. It is heavy if using as a portable charger but it’s good for what I need. Downside is it takes a long time to fully charge approx 8 hrs.

Belkin Power Bank
I bought this for a day trip to London. It worked brilliantly. I have done two full charges and I still have four dots light up on the bank. My only negative point, hence four stars out of five is the weight and size. I only planned on a small bag for safety and security on trains, theatres etc and found it a bit of a squeeze to fit in. Not a major problem but one to be aware of. I will take a bigger bag next time!

As long as the charger is a properly certified and functioning USB charger, it is safe to use and will not "melt" or "blow up" your new power bank.
