The Aqua Optima Oria Water Filter Jug with 3 Filter Cartridge would be covered by the 30 day money back guarantee but only if it's still sealed, unopened, unused, and in resellable condition. Once opened, we'd refuse the return unless it was faulty.
This does depend on usage however, it is recommended that the filters supplied with the Aqua Optima Oria Water Filter Jug usually last 3 months, 1 filter for every 30 days.
