We do not offer this service in our stores. Our supplier offers this service directly. They advise of the following:
"Stainless steel bracelets are only adjustable by having links removed or added as per the customer's requirements. This can be done either at a jewellery store with its own facility to do this or by sending the watch to our service centre via our repair portal".
At the time of writing, they advise that, with the proof of purchase and within a month of purchase, up to 2 links can be added free of charge (further additional links are chargeable). Link removal within the same one month time period is also free of charge.

The supplier has advised the following for the Armani Exchange Lola Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch:
We cannot be exact as children of the same age can vary a great deal in height, build, etc. What we can confirm is that it is a 7-link bracelet with a circumference of 175mm (+/- 5mm). If the 14 year old intended wearer roughly matches these specs, then it will fit.
