Performed as expected - though I have found I need to hold it quite close to the garment to get tough creases out. Also takes a long time if it is a big garment you are steaming. But for light creases and light materials this works fine. Small and portable.

Great product
I purchased this for my son’s wedding, so I could make sure my new non-iron shirt was free of creases. Worked very well without any issues. I found it best to use with the shirt on a hanger while running the steamer over the arms and body of the shirt. Not too heavy to pack away for a long weekend. Would recommend.

An absolute bargain
Bought a couple of weeks ago, and has been used often. Heats up quickly, removes creases efficiently and the deceivingly small reservoir lasts a fair while. Not too heavy, either. And compared to much more expensive models, this one is an absolute bargain.

Hello Darcy. Our suppliers advise that the Tefal Pure POP DT2020G0 Garment Steamer can be used both horizontally and vertically, but that vertical use is recommended.
