The Kodak Pixpro AZ425 is a bridge camera designed to get close to distant subjects without carrying multiple lenses. Its 42x optical zoom lens and 20-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor bring faraway action into frame, while optical image stabilisation keeps shots steady. The 1 2.3-inch sensor captures crisp stills and Full HD 1920 x 1080 video with sound, making it versatile for photography and video. The 3-inch LCD screen offers a clear view for composing shots, and auto scene detection with object tracking removes guesswork in tricky situations.
The AZ425 blends manual control and beginner-friendly features including aperture priority, shutter priority, full manual modes, plus scene intelligent auto and HDR for easy point-and-shoot. The lens covers 4-180mm with apertures from f 3 to f 6.8, and shutter speeds from 1 2000 to 30 seconds for creative flexibility. Very good camera, lots of features that are still being explored. Good camera as a middle between cheap and separate lens (thus 'Bridge' camera). Optical zoom and the additional digital zoom both worked well. Various auto focus zones and multiple shot worked well. I used it on Safari in Kenya for photographing animals - often at range

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the KODAK PIXPRO AZ425 20MP 42x Zoom Bridge Camera - Black: The AZ425 does not have a specific Scene mode or special setting for aurora.
But in manual mode, it has some settings that can adjust the shutter speed to control the exposure time.
This kind of setting can take images of the moon, so for the aurora, it should work.
AZ425 has a wide angle, but it doesn’t have fisheye mode.

Our supplier has advised that the KODAK PIXPRO AZ425 20MP 42x Zoom Bridge Camera holds approx 15-20 photos, however you can use an SD/SDHC/SDXC card for a lot more storage. (Up to 512GB).

Its ok i found the answer out for my self, no it is not supposed to show you the side of the lense on the screen!
Happily returned it and got a camera that works without fault no lense that isnt central and expected to work with a broken camera. The replacement I have got cant fault it.
