Very, very happy with this Hand Mixer. I bought it mainly for the Dough Hook attachment because I make my own Bread. They kneaded the Dough perfectly and quickly. The Beater attachments worked just as good when I made a Sponge. Again, very, very happy!

Replacing our antique mixer
As far as hand mixers go, this is a ripper. We were replacing a 40 year old Philips model (made in Holland) which was really starting to struggle with even the simplest tasks. Not surprising really, being a museum piece.. This new Bosch model mixes evenly, without tossing out the contents of your bowl, and is really easy to use. And if you like your appliances made in Europe, this from Slovenia, and will last longer than us I'm sure.

Sleek and quiet
works perfectly well, easy to assemble, quie light and so quiet comparing to my old standard-noise mixer. It has 5 speed levels and turbo function, and eject button, all conviniently placed. Very comfortable and easy to operate. I like the design. Beaters and hooks are dishwasher safe, which is a plus. Beaters length when mounted 16cm. My only worry is that the mounting of beaters and hooks is plastic - will see how long it will last... seems good quality, so hopefully it is durable.
