The most powerful vacuum cleaner I've ever had.
You can adjust the power on this vacuum, which is a good job as on full power it basically sucks your carpet right off the floor! It certainly does the job. The only downside is that the head is very hard to move on carpet on full power. But you don't need full power, half power is good enough. Its a lot less noisy than my old Dyson and very well engineered.

Disappointed
We replaced our Miele cat and dog with the blizzard. It's MUCH heavier, and it didn't pick up larger bits of cotton etc. We returned it to the workshop, but it was no better. We had to spend an extra £80 for a turbo foot which did improve things. It's knocked my faith in Miele.

I am not at all happy with this. It picks up fur etc.,when hoovering using brush going forward but when you go backwards it spread the debris back over the carpet. I am continually having to adjust the suction.
