I bought a ceiling light with a fan. There was a sticker telling me which bulb I needed. I contacted your help desk because I couldn't find a bulb listed in the bulbs you sell. Your help desk said these bulbs would fit. so I bought 2. They didn't fit. I have never had so much trouble getting a bulb to fit a light. I got one eventually on line.

It's the 2nd Tapo smartbulb I buy. It's just brilliant - super easy to connect, to control remotely through the app, incl. adjusting brightness and toschedul on/of time as desired. Would highly recommend.

Game changer!
Where have I been not to have bought one of these little beauties before? Soft light greets us downstairs in the morning without lifting a finger and goes off just after we’ve rubbed our bleary eyes and turned on the other boring analogue lights. Love the feature for this to come on at set times while we’re away or out for long periods. As others die, they will be replaced by these magic bulbs.

Tapo devices offer remote management by default, so no additional configuration is required.
Remote management with the Tapo app is possible as long as the Tapo device is setup correctly and has access to the internet.

It's not recommended to purchase products and use them in different countries because there will always be slight differences in the products due to different standards in each country. "This L510E Tapo bulb model is warm white and can be used in 10w lamp holder as its rated 8.7w".
