The Silentnight Sassaria Divan Set gives you a place to sleep that doesn't sacrifice storage space. It's a fabric base on wooden legs that keeps things looking modern and uncluttered. The slimline design fits neatly into bedrooms where bulkier furniture might feel too heavy. Two drawers slide out from both sides, so you can tuck away spare bedding and linens without needing extra furniture. The buttoned fabric headboard adds a traditional finishing touch. Mattress sold separately, so you can choose the one that suits you. Made in the UK and available in five colours.
The fabric base sits on beech legs that lift the frame off the floor for easy cleaning underneath. Drawers provide practical storage for sheets, blankets and pillows without eating into your floor space. The headboard attaches using included fixings and holds securely to the base. The divan comes in two pieces for easier delivery and setup. Minimal assembly required, one person can manage it. Holds up to 200 kilogrammes. Backed by a 5 year manufacturer's guarantee.
Each piece of the divan set has been expertly made in the UK which comes in a choice of 5 colours – sandstone, slate grey, ebony, charcoal and rainforest to complement your statement accessories.

Beautiful bed
I bought this for my daughter who is 10 yr old, to replace her junior bed. It is everything I had hoped for & is the same good quality as other Silentnight beds I have bought from Argos, namely the Alaro. Great, fabric, easy to put together & really looks the part. With this single bed it is worth noting that the base is in 1 piece, unlike a double which is in 2 halves. I purchased a mattress at the same time which I have included in the photos for reference. My daughter absolutely loves it.

This bed looks and feels like a bed that should cost a lot less than what was paid for it. It looks and feels cheap. It was easy to put together and the drawers were spacious. My son likes it so we are keeping it.

Gorgeous, sturdy bed
Other than Argos putting it in sale the DAY ours got delivered - grrrr - and 2 of the headboard holes not being properly drilled during the manufacture process, we actually love this bed so much and are so glad we got it. Even the non sale price was VERY good for a superking divan with headboard. Gorgeous colour, the draws are spacious and sturdy, and the divan itself feels really robust which is good as me and my husband, whilst not enormous, aren't svelte by any means. A great purchase all in all.

Very poor quality
For starters the pictures made it look like the bed came with the mattress , however that was not the case which was my fault really due to not reading the description properly , so I unwrapped the packaging and was trying to fit the feet which wouldn't screw on properly due to the threaded collet not fixed in place correctly and just kept pushing out every time I tried to screw them on , I persevered and managed to do this in the end then after a few days of using the bed the legs had completely snapped off which had destroyed the piece of matchstick that they were screwed to , so I returned the bed for a full refund ( which argos did swiftly I must add) great customer service from argos but really poor quality bed for the money...

Wonderful bed of high quality and a real stand out
I absolutely love this bed! The racing green colour is just great and the suede style finish is really nice and of top quality. Something really different and definitely breaks the mould. This bed has been upholstered to a high standard and sits very firmly in my bedroom. There are 2 drawers with lots of space which is great for easy storage. The bed is so easy to put together. With both draws already in place I simply joined both halves of the bed together, fitted the legs and attached the headboard and it was done. A quality bed by Silent Night. Delivered quickly and easily and up in no time. Delighted!

Bed was faulty
I ordered this bed and the one of the legs wouldn’t fit into the base as the hole had been cut too big. So had to return. Ordered two other Silent-night beds from Argos and both had the same issue so had to be returned

The supplier has advised the following for the Silentnight Sassaria Superking 2 Drawer Divan Bed - Green:
"The Headboard Height is 69cms which would sit on top of the mattress that the customer uses." The base height is 38cms so it looks like that, combined with the thickness of your mattress dictates the full height of the headboard from the floor. They advise also of the following:
"The upholstered part of the headboard would sit on the mattress top, the struts at the back of the headboard measure approx 6cm and are adjustable dependant on the depth of the mattress being used. The mattress depth would also determine the overall height of the headboard. Headboard Bolts are used to keep the struts/headboard in place."

As the headboard can be fixed at either end of the Silentnight Sassaria Single 2 Drawer Divan Set - Slate Grey, the drawers can be on either side of the bed, whichever is your choice.
