Didn't last long before needing repair
After 5 weeks the pod jammed. This was outside of Argos' own guarantee so Argos rang Nescafe. They tried to direct t me on how to fix it myself while still stood in Argos! It didn't work. I had to go home and download a postage label etc etc. Not good for a product only used a few times.

I bought this coffee machine a few weeks ago and it's small and perfect. Makes a lovely cup of coffee and the bonus is it doesn't take up too much space which is exactly what I needed!

"The customer would use the machine in exactly the same way as for any other hot drinks. They just need to purchase the Dolce Gusto hot chocolate pods and follow the instructions on the box. They can even customise their drink by changing the serving size or adding milk/syrups/marshmallows, if they want to."
