Excellent automatic coffee maker
This is my third Dolce Gusto over the many years. It is utterly reliable and never have had any problems with regards to making coffees of different types. There are many varieties of coffee and derivatives including chocolate and Marrakesh tea. It is very convenient and with this attribute for cost of pods can be more expensive than a pure coffee maker which has a very high price markup. Dolce Gusto coffee pod machines produce up to 15 bar which allows to produce good crema on espresso type coffees. I would recommend using genuine coffee pods rather than compatibles where I have experienced compatible coffee pods to burst, and this will ensure a completely reliable and excellent results. Expect cost per Cup can be from 25p to 52p dependent on the style of coffee.
