The Keter Manor Pent 6x4 shed is ideal for smaller, tighter gardens and locations under low hanging foliage. Complete with a fixed window for daylight access and built-in ventilation. It has metal hinges to provide stability and the lockable door for added security - just add your own padlock. Weather resistant and easy to assemble using household tools. With Roof overhang Dimensions: W: 183.5cm D:111cm H:200.5cm. Footprints: 175cm x 103.4cm.
Resin sheds like this one come supplied with a floor - an integral part. However, it needs to be built on a suitable hard level base, such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac. This base is NOT supplied. A shed can't be placed directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc. As natural movement will affect the stability, reduce lifespan and could cause the door to warp.

Great useful purchase.
I bought this shed a few months ago and is extremely pleased with it. Was relatively easy to put together and instructions were good. Took my time and it took about 4 hours to assemble. Even came with a base which surprised me. Just ensure that yo have a solid base to stand it on. The beauty is that it is virtually maintenance free. Does the job recommended to do well. A great purchase.

Overall good shed & value for money, only problem we encountered was when coming to put roof on as due to plastic being very flexible every time we clipped one side on the other popped off!! In the end we had to get a third person to help holding both sides down while one used plastic tool enclosed to pull the sides & secure in place, now fully assembled & in place!!

Disappointing
I bought shed for allotment and hired 2 men to assemble it. When box was opened some pieces of plastic were deformed, the men carried on to see if it could be built despite this. They did manage erect it but in the storm from a few days ago, there was water in shed. Gutted!

Our supplier has confirmed the Manor Pent 6x4 shed footprint is 175cm x 103.4cm (this is without the roof overhang). The external dimensions of the shed are W:183.5cm D:111cm H:200.5cm, which includes the roof overhang.

I can advise that this resin shed comes supplied with a floor, which is integral to the product. However it needs to be built on a suitable hard base such as concrete or paving slabs and the base is not supplied.
