About this product
Control light and privacy with this practical venetian blind featuring a sleek jet black finish. The tilting slats adjust daylight from full sun to soft light or complete privacy with a cord. Made from durable, easy-to-clean plastic, it suits living rooms, bedrooms or kitchens and fits inside or outside window recesses. Installation is quick with all fixtures included. For child safety and compliance, always fit P clips or cleats to keep cords secure and out of reach.
The slats can be removed and trimmed down to size if you need a more precise fit for your window. The tilt control mechanism gives you smooth, reliable adjustment every time you want to change the light levels. It meets current safety standards, so you can be confident it's safe for your home. The blind comes with a safety cleat fitted that keeps the cord secure and away from little hands. It's covered by a one-year guarantee for added reassurance, and the wipe-clean surface means you'll keep it looking fresh with minimal effort.

Easy to fit, good value Venetian blinds with decent quality and child safety features. Some find them flimsy and occasional fitting issues, but overall well-liked for light control and modern look.

Great refresh when we had new windows fitted!
The 0ld blinds were looking a bit battered and not worthy to be put up at the new windows. These blinds are a great refresh and look really smart from the outside as well as in the room. They are a brilliant price and look much more expensve!

It's ok
The blind itself is good for the price, but it was an absolute nightmare to put up. The center bracket that came with the blind did not fit and ended up scratching the blind.

The lift cord is on the right-hand side, and the tilt control is on the left-hand side.

Hello there,
Argos Home Plastic Jet Black Venetian Blind - 120cm
Yes, 13.5 cm off each end is too much to trim, and doing so will permanently destroy the internal mechanism of the blind.

Hello there,
No, putting two 60cm blinds side-by-side will not work because they will only cover 120cm, leaving a massive 90cm gap on your 210cm wide window.
