Fab, absolutely love
Strong wheel. Easy to use and gives a really good workout, I can really feel it on my abs and arms. Trying to loose weight and tone up, this will definitely help. Love the colour. It is strong and could hold a lot of weight in my opinion. The blue silicone part stops it from slipping, extra safety. It is really good. I luckily got it half price in the sales. But even at full price, it is worth it.

I was told this would be a great workout tool but to do my research and start VRRY slowly. I over did it, as per usual and paid the price it Deffinately smashes the core to be sure to note the instructions that come with it and check vids on line
