In the past my dog hasn't really been interested in his dog bed and prefers the settee but now he's older and jumping is an effort I bought this bed as it's extra large.and it is.He got straight in it as soon as I opened it.It is quite lumpy but he does seem to love it. I do use a cover over it as it's very light in colour although it does sponge clean I would have preferred if the option was there to have a darker colour .

We got my dog a new bed a few months ago. The ones she usually have don’t seem to last a year but this bed is so soft she loves it.

Good but not great
So its a dog bed.... fits my Springer with loads of room... when she wants to lay in it that is, the lip on the bed isn't as high or large as it shows in the photo so that's a bit deceptive to be honest, but a lot of review say the same I don't know about orthopaedic it's just a pillow.

I would advise measuring your pet from the nape of his/her neck to the base of his/her tail and comparing against the inner dimension to ensure the most comfortable bed for your pet.
The inner dimensions between the walls is roughly 65cm but the outer walls can be pushed further out by the pet for comfort. The full diameter of the bed including the outer walls is 100x80cm.

Hi there Shelley the suppliers advise the following:- that the antibacterial. cover is removable and machine washable at 30C.
However the removable internal pad.and base are wipe clean with a damp cloth.

After speaking with our supplier, they have advised: The inner part of the bed – The cover can be removed for washing.
The outer cover cannot be removed but you are able to put this in the washing machine as a whole – However, this would be dependent on the size of the washing machine.

It's not, don't buy it. It offers no support at all as I would have expected.
Mine has also now totally fell apart and ripped underneath, the material has bobbled too and looks awful after 3months.
NO ! This is the worst dog bed I’ve ever wasted money on. My boy is not a chewer so I didn’t have to worry on that score, though I thought with it being orthopaedic it would be a one-piece foam mattress, it isn’t - it’s chopped up bits, it’s not remotely orthopaedic. The other most annoying thing is the very bottom of the bed is a single sheet of very thin black fibre material very similar to that used to keep weeds down! When the dog tries to get the lumpy foam mattress into a comfy place if their claws scratch the black base then their claws will go through it, honestly it’s utter rubbish.
Had it been chewed then I’d accept it was down to the dog, but he never chewed it & the mattress is terrible.SAVE YOUR MONEY & DONT BUY THIS.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know
the bed is made from a cotton fabric so wouldn’t withstand a dog directly chewing it but is certainly durable in the sense it can withstand a lot of daily life/ sleeping/claws/ continues washing.
Fabric beds aren’t great for dogs that are inclined to chew to destroy so to speak, so you may be better with a plastic bed.

I would say no. Since I've had the bed it's actually not worn well. Material is pilling and has ripped underneath and this is just from daily use. So I would say a biter will rip this open quite easily.
It can withstand being scratched at with big, rough paws such as those of our Doberman's when she's getting comfy, but it won't hold up against chewing.
