I've used this twice now and I'm happy with it. It's a nice weight, not too heavy. I can't say I've noticed any difference with the ionic feature, my hair looks the same after drying as it did with my old hair drier, that one was a small one and was about ten years old. I've not noticed an improvement in drying time (even with turbo) but I suppose hot air is hot air unless there's something super powerful out there. The hot setting is very hot, too hot for me, perhaps it's supposed to be used more for styling than drying. The medium setting is fine for me and there's a cooler setting too, with the added option of a cooler blast using another control. When I've used the cool blast it has been cooler but hasn't felt particularly cold, but it's coming from a hot hair drier so this isn't surprising to me. The little switches are good, I can flick them between settings without frustration and I don't move them accidentally while using the hair drier. I use the end attachment which directs the air into a smaller area, this stays on no problem. I haven't used the diffuser. I've marked four stars rather than five as the whole turbo ionic thingy isn't showing any particular results, I suspect it's just something said to sell us things. I bought this to replace mine as it was broken. This one works. Job done as far as I'm concerned 🙂

Quite good product. Still need some additional cosmetic for curly hair to made them more volume with diffuser. Heat is regulated so perfect for different needs and various of drying possibilities from cold air up to quite warm. Recommended !
