The Argos Home 20 Piece Kitchen Essentials Starter Set are NOT suitable for Induction hobs. They are suitable for other electric hobs.
Electric cooker tops use a centralized heat source. Underneath the surface of the cooker top, which can be made from glass or ceramic.
Induction cooker tops use copper coils, which create a magnetic current with the pot or pan on top of the surface.
The pans used for a Induction stoves are more specialised.
