It’s a helmet
Bought because it conforms to the relevant safety standards and it was cheap! It does the job - it’s not the most elegant of designs, but it ticks the right boxes to (hopefully) keep my noggin in one piece.

From the information we have available, I can advise To measure your head for the right-sized cycle helmet, follow these steps:
*Get a Flexible Measuring Tape: Use a soft fabric measuring tape for accuracy.
*Position the Tape: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head. This is usually about an inch above your eyebrows and ears, and around the largest part of the back of your head.
*Measure: Ensure the tape is level and snug, but not too tight. Note the measurement where the tape overlaps.
*Record the Measurement: Write down the measurement in centimetres or inches.
Once you have your measurement, compare it with the sizing chart provided by the helmet manufacturer to find the right size.

I'm not sure the exact weight, however it's very light when you wear it. It very comfortable in my opinion.
