1. When milk container not installed when trying to make a coffee the machine still says remove the milk container. What is the point of fully automatic coffee machine if it cannot detect the milk container installed or not and you have to press buttons to continue. 2. When machine is off and you empty the drip tray and coffee waste container then fit it back, after turning it on it still states empty drip tray. What is the point of fully automatic coffee machine if it cannot detect if drip tray is empty or not? 3. The milk container does not have labels to indicate how many millilitres of milk is there. This is very uncomfortable. 4. The instruction manual is too complicated and unclear about water filter installation and usage. Very disappointing experience. 3.It has now developed a fault. When installing milk container with milk it only gives you steam. Unreliable, poor quality, useless product.

Much more convenient
Had this about two weeks now and am happy. Replaced a Breville Barista Plus so much simpler to use but no quicker (which means I have to find something to do so my kitchen is spotless). The ground coffee is tipped into a receptacle making disposal easy and the adjustable height of the spouts is a plus. The water reservoir is easy to get at but could be bigger. I use a large mug so have to dispense twice but that's my fault. 10/10 if you want a clean kitchen!

Hummed and harred about which machine I wanted I had my eye on the ninja one for a while but saw a lot of reviews about the coffee grinder being rubbish but eventually settled on this one grinds the coffee to dust easy to clean constantly cleans itself can store the milk cartridge in the fridge when not in use best thing I’ve bought to be honest

Our supplier has advised for the Siemens TQ513GB1 EQ500 Bean to Cup Coffee Machine:
The coffee element of each drink is brewed at 90 – 95°C, which is the ideal range for extraction and full flavour. The EQ500 is calibrated to increase the temperature of milk by approximately 40-50 degrees Celsius which results in the optimum temperature for a milk based drink without the risk of burning the milk, and ready to drink immediately.
The serving temperature will depend on the starting temperature of the milk. To increase the serving temperature we would recommend removing your milk container from the fridge in advance and pre-heating your mug with boiling water from the machine.
