For milk drinks, simply put milk in to the separate container and the EQ900 will automatically make the coffee then simply pop the container in to the fridge to keep it fresh for the next drink.

Bean to cup dream
This is a very stylish looking addition to my kitchen, slightly larger than I thought but it performs seamlessly. So many different coffee's to try and being able to personally select different sizes and strengths makes you able to tailor make your coffee the way you like it. Excellent, we love ours.

The coffee machine looks phenomenal, the large touch screen is very clear. easy to use, each step to make coffee is displayed on the monitor. It cleans itself before and after making coffee.

Very nice taste and very easy to maintain
Right from first switch on I was impressed. I had two machines before this one so easy to compare. First...on screen instructions easy to follow. Water tank filling, so easy I bring a jug to the machine and simply tilt the water container, very easy. Grinding noise, very quiet, Brew temperature adjustable but very cold cups should be warmed first. Huge variety of drinks, the milk container is very easy to use and when not in use can be stored in the fridge. No need to keep emptying it. Lastly clean and service much easier than my last two machines again on screen step by step instructions and pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine, from the self cleaning to the lights that light up the cup. It is effortless and makes great coffee. It also looks really stylish. One thing that could be improved is the temperature of drinks with foamed milk, like cappuccino. The milk is not hot enough and cools the coffee down so the finished drink is more tepid.

Coffee too cold
This machine would be fantastic if it wasn't for the fact that any coffee which contains milk ends up being luke warm (at best). This is the case even when set at highest temperature and using room temperature milk (rather than the milk being fresh out the fridge). I've read that I could preheat the milk but this Completely defeats the point

Makes coffee like a pro
i am very very pleased with this machine. It looks sleek, modern and expensive. It has a wide range of coffees to chose from. I particularly love 2 modes - comfort, for easy and quick settings and barista, which allows you to adjust every single aspect of grinding, brewing etc The milk container is great, you can just take it out and pop it in the fridge. my onky critisism is not being able to adjust the temperature of the coffee as milk heavy coffees do come out luke warm instead of hot

Love the customisation options.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this coffee machine for a few months now to full get to grips with it. It is a very stylish and compact machine, it definitely looks the part and fits well in my kitchen without losing valuable counter space. It's easy to set up and get using right away, I'm surprised at how quiet it is for being a bean to cup machine. I love that every drink is fully customisable down to the percentage of milk used, temperature of the drink, strength and fineness of the coffee etc. It holds a good amount of water and milk and can make multiple drinks before needing refilled. In some settings you can even make two drinks at once. I connected the machine with the Home Connect app and now I get notifications when the machine needs the drip tray emptied, water refilled, the filter changed etc. I can even ask it to make my coffee for me from the comfort of my chair/bed/car. It's really easy to clean. The only downsides I have is I find even the hottest temperature isn't quite hot enough for how I personally like my coffees. I find the coffees made without milk are better for being hotter. I do find the price on the higher side but overall I do really enjoy the machine and the ease of having connected it through the Home Connect app on my phone.
