Fell apart quickly but still usable
Didn’t last long before it came off the stand. And I’m not particularly big or heavy! But for the reduced price, it’s in line with regular stand-free rollers anyway I guess. I can’t say it’s an especially deep massage but it’s not bad for the price I suppose.

It looks obscure, but Ohhh it's so effective!
Look too simple to do any good... but I certainly stand corrected and why it was recommended in the first place. I hope to not need it too much, but when I do, it certainly does the trick or tired or tense muscles.

Stationary physio roller.
The product comes assembled and ready to use. I have found it much easier to use than a regular muscle roller; that you need to chase around the floor. Having the roller staying in the same location allows treatment to take up less space and makes it easier to use, as your hands can stay in place. It would benefit from a more regular pattern of nobbles, rather than all the gaps and occasional enormous lump and the bald bit in the middle (only relevant if you are working the Thoracic Spine). It would benefit by the addition of ball bearings, as currently the axle just runs on the plastic end caps.
