Suction is not as good as I expected.

Poor design, especially in stairs.
I bought this especially to make cleaning my stairs more easily. The head is a bit big for the stairs. My previous one had a small head option. The main head keeps reverting to the wrong angle even in the main carpet so it doesn’t maintain contact with the surface. I can’t remove the long pipe from the base, so when using it in the stairs it’s cumbersome and blows the out going air onto my head. Won’t buy again.

Not the best by quite a way...
There's a lot of power, it pulls away from you but I think the fact that the roller is so large means its not the best at picking stuff up tbh. It makes your arms ache, stopping it from running away if you use it for any significant amount of time. It makes vaccing quite hard work tbh, certainly harder than it needs to be!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago & it’s great! Suction is good & can also use it as a hand held cleaner. For the money it’s great value! Easy to charge & runs a good while before it needs charging. Light to carry about, specially up & downstairs

Perfect for those with mobility problems
I'm a 72yr young bloke who has heart problems, when I'm at my best I can use my Vax upright, but getting it up and down stairs can be life threatening, This little Gem has cured my cleaning problem, It get's places my Vax hand-held cannot reach with my Seized up spine, All the tools one needs in one small package, Perfect for my one bed 2up/2down,
