Good connectivity
I bought this to replace an old smart TV which had failed. I had armed myself with account names and passwords to use during setup but was pleasantly surprised when the TV communicated directly with my phone ( after requesting my permission) and took all the info from there. So easy! Apart from that, so far TV has great picture, does what is asked of it and I'm pleased with the purchase.

Poor sound reproduction
I bought this product about 10 days ago and whilst I am very happy with the picture I am extremely disappointed with the sound reproduction it is very muffled and we are constantly having to turn it up to hear what he's been said this is a very very very bad sign for this kind of product can you please sort this out out or give me some advice as to how this can be improved because at the moment it is simply unacceptable

Decent tv for the price. Bit slow to come on, picture not as crisp as I’d like but ok. Easy to assemble and fairly easy to set up.

Great picture quality - shame about the sound which has an irritating habit of cutting out when watching a program. Constantly having to retune the set. This is my first "smart" tv - thinking of go back to my old analouge set as more reliable!

So far not so good.
I bought this set 17 days ago and it has been impossible to keep the digital freeview channels installed. This is very frustrating but when it is working I am very happy with the sound and picture quality. The remote has tiny buttons which we don't find user friendly, but above all unstable software is the main problem. We may request a replacement to prove that this is a faulty set.
