They are good. But no where near the standard of previous models, particularly the one we purchased in 2010. Which was not a smart tv but the picture, sound & build quality was far superior.

Fabulous tv, so easy to set up that it set itself up! Gorgeous picture and very straight forward to navigate. Programme reminders took a while to work out, but now I have that perfected!!

Not very user friendly
Thought TVs in this century recorded programmes. It seems this model doesn't; my previous Sony did. (My fault, I should have asked.) Input keeps defaulting to Freeview (poor quality) instead of my digi box (good quality). Not a problem to keep correcting it, but irritating every time I change channels. Online manual describes how to create a favourites channel list, but not how to access it. Sony help desk not much help. As TVs go, Sony does the job - good picture; remote works well; etc.

A replacement for an old Grundig in the den/office/ music room/retreat. Fine clear picture and sound with access to all required channels and no SCART cables! Miss the old integrated dvd player but time and technology wait for no man?

In spite of it supposedly being easy to set up it isn't. The instructions are minimal and the instructions that come up on the actual TV are often incomprehensible (at least to a 71 year old!). I had to pay someone to set it up for me. The picture of the remote control only gives information for 8 'buttons' leaving you to guess what the rest are for. The symbols are not at all intuitive. I expected better from Sony.
