When the tablet is in landscape mode this will fit up to a max of 250mm the iPad Pro 11" is 178.5 mm, and the 12.5" version is 214.9 mm.

This would depend on the size of your DVD player. I can confirm the Streetwize In Car iPad and Tablet Headrest Bracket can hold DVD players with a depth up to 35mm and a width of 25cm

After checking with the manufacturer I can confirm this Streetwize In Car iPad and Tablet Holder will hold an iPad 5 Mini. The maximum extension is 25.0 cm.
