Best ever!
I’ve bought and used a few steam cleaners over the years but this is the bees knees! It’s the best little steam cleaner ever! Cleans the inside of window frames and the hard to reach places with hardly any effort. Even the low setting is powerful. Best money OlI ever spent!

Not powerful and very vexing to use, but cheap.
Good for about 15s, then one has to let it reheat for about the same time, repeat. Otherwise the steam has no push behind it. Really frustrating! An exercise in patience. I can only get some power from the steam by working without the extra nozzles and keeping it within about a millimetre of the target. That trick cap is also annoying. It will spin uselessly while it is too warm, not undo. So one has to hold the trigger down to expel all remaining steam, which will cool it all, then wait a minute or two. Don't do that and you can be waiting nearly forever to refill, as nearly as my patience could tell. The 250ml capacity seems pretty little in practice. Another I have of a different make lasts a lot longer, it seems. The button is really difficult and hard to hold down. I started by having to use two hands, but practice is making it easier to use. There is no way to make it stay down without contunued pressure. Tiring! There is no indication to show when it is empty, as opposed to merely "tired". I can't really feel any sloshing to help tell, but the weight (lack) does tell one that eventually. I haven't even bothered trying all the junk that comes with. I have no use for it. There's not enough power behind the steam to make it worthwhile for me. But it's cheap. I suppose the bits of plastic on it will break first! That's the trigger and some other parts.

Waste of money
I bought this three weeks ago waste of money have to keep knocking it off to fill then can't use until it cools down

Good for the price
I bought this a few weeks ago and it works great at cleaning those hard to reach areas. Only gripe I have is the water tank is quite small so for doing bigger jobs it's a bit of a faff to have to keep stopping and refilling the tank but for the price I cant complain. The lead is a decent length as well so don't have to worry about having to keep unplugging and moving about. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.

Difficult to use
Bit disappointed with this. Seems pretty good at what it does but the switch is so stiff I have to wear gloves to use it and can’t hold it on for any length of time

Hi Harry,
Please see the steps below on how to refill the Tower Corded Handheld Steam Cleaner:
To access the water tank, remove the safety cap at the top of the unit by
turning it counter-clockwise to loosen it. Once it has come fully loose, pull it
away from the body of the unit and set it to one side.
Place the included funnel on the water tank opening and use the included
measuring cup to carefully pour water into the tank. Be careful not to put in
more water than necessary, to avoid waste.
Once the water tank has been filled with the required quantity of water,
replace the safety cap and turn it clockwise to tighten and secure the water
inside the tank.
