Not the best one to buy.
Firstly a part was missing from the box but it looked as if it was sealed when I bought it. Seems to work but not very well. I didn't take it back as it was quite cheap and that is probably the reason for the missing part. Wouldn't buy that make again. It's right what they say you only get what you pay for.

Please see the steps below on how to refill the Tower Corded Handheld Steam Cleaner:
To access the water tank, remove the safety cap at the top of the unit by
turning it counter-clockwise to loosen it. Once it has come fully loose, pull it
away from the body of the unit and set it to one side.
Place the included funnel on the water tank opening and use the included
measuring cup to carefully pour water into the tank. Be careful not to put in
more water than necessary, to avoid waste.
Once the water tank has been filled with the required quantity of water,
replace the safety cap and turn it clockwise to tighten and secure the water
inside the tank.
