Difficult to use
Bit disappointed with this. Seems pretty good at what it does but the switch is so stiff I have to wear gloves to use it and can’t hold it on for any length of time

Don't know where to begin temperature is awful The size of the water capacity is a joke and pressure is less than a hairdryer on a low setting .very poor instructions over all save your money or try a different product/brand

Get what you pay for
The steamer doesn’t take to long to heat but it’s small tank means it doesn’t last very long. The safety cap doesn’t unlock until it’s cooled down so refilling takes a while. It’s not the most powerful and struggled on my oven, I had bought it for this reason. But for the price it’s not bad for smaller jobs. The button needs to be held down when using and it’s quite uncomfortable to hold the weight and the button down. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Great little helper
This was a real help when cleaning inside the double glazed window frames in the house we are refurbishing amongst other projects. Boils up quickly and then produces steam for what seems like a long time allowing you to clean and sanitize whatever is needed. Good purchase 👍

Please see the steps below on how to refill the Tower Corded Handheld Steam Cleaner:
To access the water tank, remove the safety cap at the top of the unit by
turning it counter-clockwise to loosen it. Once it has come fully loose, pull it
away from the body of the unit and set it to one side.
Place the included funnel on the water tank opening and use the included
measuring cup to carefully pour water into the tank. Be careful not to put in
more water than necessary, to avoid waste.
Once the water tank has been filled with the required quantity of water,
replace the safety cap and turn it clockwise to tighten and secure the water
inside the tank.
