I have bought this 2 weeks ago, intend to use it to reduce the amount of chemical i need to use while doing regular clean. a steam cleaner isn't a degreaser however it will help to make cleaning a little easier. the overall design of the product is good, its stylist. the design of the button/trigger could be a little bit different, you have to push the button upward then push down toe release pressure, this is a little difficult if you got problems with your hand. for the price, i think it did the job and i dont have complains about it.

Rubbish
I was very excited to use this as I saw that it was very good for cleaning, however, the water did not get hot and it did nothing. The button is rubbish also. Do not buy. Had to return unfortunately.

Not as good as I thought it would be. It’s awkward and uncomfortable to hold the button down to operate it. it produces plenty of steam, but it’s not very powerful. Didn’t de-crease my curtains at all.

Please see the steps below on how to refill the Tower Corded Handheld Steam Cleaner:
To access the water tank, remove the safety cap at the top of the unit by
turning it counter-clockwise to loosen it. Once it has come fully loose, pull it
away from the body of the unit and set it to one side.
Place the included funnel on the water tank opening and use the included
measuring cup to carefully pour water into the tank. Be careful not to put in
more water than necessary, to avoid waste.
Once the water tank has been filled with the required quantity of water,
replace the safety cap and turn it clockwise to tighten and secure the water
inside the tank.
