Disappointed
I bought this two weeks ago and I must say I'm very disappointed, tried steaming my oven nothing didn't budge anything, tried steaming a dress water poured out on it only good thing I can say about it is it heats up pretty quickly, don't waste your money. If the other half hadn't thrown the box away I would have returned it.

Box wasn’t sealed when purchased. Used it on my cooker/oven but didn’t make any difference whatsoever. Also tried it on a part of my tiled floor but again didn’t make any difference. On/off button was quite hard to keep on but overall I’d say not worth it

Difficult to use
Difficult to manoeuvre because you have to keep the button pressed whilst trying to spray the steam. Ran out of steam very quickly. Cheap item so I guess you get why you pay for. Returned it.

Great little work horse.
Bought this fpr a specific cleaning task but realized it can do so much more. It's a great little unit with lots of attachments one of which we used to remove wallpaper, it only holds 250ml of water which it heats very quickly and lasts a surprisingly long time. So glad I purchased it and Argos had it delivered to the store for next day pickup. Worth the money for what is a very versatile tool.

I love these steam cleaners. They clean with no nasty chemical. They clean places that are difficult to reach. A disposable razor can last 6 months with one of these and worktops are so easy to clean.

Please see the steps below on how to refill the Tower Corded Handheld Steam Cleaner:
To access the water tank, remove the safety cap at the top of the unit by
turning it counter-clockwise to loosen it. Once it has come fully loose, pull it
away from the body of the unit and set it to one side.
Place the included funnel on the water tank opening and use the included
measuring cup to carefully pour water into the tank. Be careful not to put in
more water than necessary, to avoid waste.
Once the water tank has been filled with the required quantity of water,
replace the safety cap and turn it clockwise to tighten and secure the water
inside the tank.
