the lead on this appliance is far too short I cant even clean my lounge and the hallway without an extension lead the plastic holder on the appliance which holds the cloths on is the wrong shape and scatches the floor wouldnt buy again

For £40 you can’t complain. It does the job but it’s a pretty flimsy machine but it also has a 3 year warranty so overall pretty good value

Quick heat up, very light, easy to use steamer! X
Brilliant little steamer, very light not heavy, really good extras like the funnel for the water so it doesn’t go everywhere! Downside is the pads aren’t that great and there’s a knack to keeping them on! Handle is quite fragile but just don’t be too heavy handed and it works lovely! Very quick at heating up almost instantly!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop: ''The appliance in question does not get hot, there may be a very small amount of residual heat from the motor however this would not be classed as hot.''

Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop 135/8469 Due to this item being a steam mop which uses steam there is minimal dampness afterwards which does soon dry as long as you follow the manufacturers instructions.
