Waste of time
I purchased this with high hopes but was soon let down after the steam started coming out of the wrong area and instead of steaming the floors, it steamed my air… so I gave the benefit of the doubt and took it back for an exchange. I started using this product and it tripped my fuse box. I waited for a while and tried again. I plugged it in, and it turned on but now did not steam at all. So I took it back again but this time asked for a refund. On top of this the handle at the top is so hard to dismantle.

Poor Quality and lasted two months.
Had this for around two months and it stopped working, very flimsy construction and poor overall quality. Waste of money and glad to have thrown it out.

Flimsy but does the job
For £40 you can’t complain. It does the job but it’s a pretty flimsy machine but it also has a 3 year warranty so overall pretty good value

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop: ''The appliance in question does not get hot, there may be a very small amount of residual heat from the motor however this would not be classed as hot.''

Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop 135/8469 Due to this item being a steam mop which uses steam there is minimal dampness afterwards which does soon dry as long as you follow the manufacturers instructions.
