Brilliant must-have for maintaining a clean home!
Wonderful value, straightforward and easy to use. Moved into a student dorm(a contract-bound mistake, probably), and one of the last tenants must have been an indoor-smoker because the floor was absolutely disgusting, as was the rest of the room. It was covered in a sticky layer of grime that would not come off with any regular floor cleaner. Used this on the floor and it was quite satisfying to watch it strip of layers of filth. Used this on the extraction fan too, and basically everywhere in the overpriced room. Made the room inhabitable again! Life-changing tech, yet so simple to use.

Bought this to replace my morphy Richard's steam mop . Waste of money left streaks all over my porcelain tiles . Washed the pad fell apart in the wash all the cord fell out . Don't bother with this item

I had to return it in the same day, as was not steaming at all, and the could water was running down on the floor, like a little tap. Definitely it is manufactured issued.

I was looking forward to use this product however very disappointed as the steam pads do not stay on at all when using to mop the floor. Total waste of time had to return to store.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop: ''The appliance in question does not get hot, there may be a very small amount of residual heat from the motor however this would not be classed as hot.''

Tower 16-in-1 Steam Mop 135/8469 Due to this item being a steam mop which uses steam there is minimal dampness afterwards which does soon dry as long as you follow the manufacturers instructions.
