The Sony WI C100 wireless headphones are designed for all-day listening whether you're commuting, working from home, or just moving through your day. With up to 25 hours of battery life on a single charge, you can listen non-stop without hunting for a plug. A 10-minute fast charge gives you 60 minutes of playback when you're caught short. The 9mm drivers deliver well-balanced sound across low to high frequencies, so vocals come through naturally and clearly no matter what genre you're into. IPX4 splashproof rating means they'll handle sweat and light rain without worry.
Silicone ear pieces come in three sizes for a comfortable, secure fit. Inline controls sit within easy reach so you can manage playback and calls without reaching for your mobile. Bluetooth 5.0 gives you a stable wireless connection up to 10m, and the Sony Connect App lets you customise your sound with presets or create your own using the built-in equaliser. Bass control helps you fine-tune the low end to suit your taste. Charging is simple via USB-C, and the box includes earbuds, warranty card, reference guide, and SML silicone ear tips.

Comfortable to wear and just what I wanted for cycling so that I can remove one earbud and listen with it still remaining attached. Took a long time to charge up but I hope that means it will last a long time between charges. Connects rapidly and sounds good. Many thanks to Argos for enabling me to buy locally rather than from a mega giant online warehouse.

Bad crackling in one ear
I was replacing a pair of c100s I bought 14 months ago. The left ear died. I've now purchased 3 pairs over the last 5 weeks. Each pair has distortion in one ear. First 2 it was left ear 3rd was right ear. It's not at higher volumes either. It's a distinct crackle at all volumes. Very irritating when listening to podcasts. Not as bad with music but you hear it and the balance is off. I've sent an email to support with no response

I've had these headphones for about six months and love them. The connectivity is superb. They are very comfortable, the sound is great and the battery last all day. They very quickly recharge. I just bought these for my stepson and he loves them as well.

The WF-C500 gets connected through Bluetooth. It supports version 5.0 for Bluetooth, and the following Bluetooth profiles: A2DP, AVRCP, HFP , HSP . If the connected device supports the same Bluetooth specifications, it should work fine with it.
