The Smeg MFF11 Milk Frother brings barista-quality frothing to your worktop, so you can create professionally textured milk for cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, and hot chocolate without any guesswork. This standalone accessory holds up to 600ml and offers 6 pre-set programmes plus a manual function, giving you complete control whether you want dense microfoam, airy froth, or silky steamed milk, hot or cold. Two whisks are included a smooth disc for velvety hot milk and a notched disc for creating that cafe-style foam you'd normally queue for.
The multifunction knob makes switching between programmes genuinely straightforward, taking you from one drink style to another with a simple turn. It's designed in Smeg's signature 50's retro style in cream, so it looks the part on any kitchen counter whilst keeping a compact footprint. In the box you'll get the milk frother, both discs for different textures, and a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The jug isn't dishwasher-safe, but it's easy enough to rinse and wipe clean after each use, keeping maintenance simple for daily frothing.

Purchased this Smeg Frother a couple of weeks ago. Very happy with it. Looks great against our Smeg kettle and toaster and does a great job with frothing milk for our coffee.

The best milk foamer ever
This is a game changer and I only wish I'd bought it earlier. Having had the Nespresso and another very expensive micro foamer (for flat white coffee), they were difficult to clean and still didn't produce the right consistency. I kept thinking how much money this was, but having read the reviews, went on to buy it. WOW! The machine is awsome, making every conceivable foam you could want for different coffees AND it can foam cold milk or no foam for hot milk. The bonus with all this is how easy it is to clean. I am thrilled with the results and can recommend this for anyone wondering whether they should justify the expense. I am glad I bought it. Great, solid "gadget". I love it.

Absolutely brilliant! Love it. Milk or froth is hot, plus you can put it on manual mode to heat a bit more if needed. Milk is nice frothy - semi skimmed works but whole milk is far better.

Best hot choc machine ever!
Pricey, but worth it. I have tried out 2 cheaper versions, but neither heated up the milk hot enough. This one does. I also like the stainless steel jug, capacity and easy to clean. Enjoying using different types of chocolate flakes. Yes, you can make hot chocolate in a pan and use a frother, but this is much less bother! Pricey, but I love it!

Great for hot chocolate and ice lattes
Love this frother. Looks great in the kitchen easy to clean. My daughter uses it everyday to make ice lattes and I use it for hot chocolate. Quick and easy to use and the milk is hot. I thought it was a bit pricey but it has been worth it so far. Very happy with my purchase.

Yummy deliciousness
Only had it a month but it's great. It's very easy to use and clean, the jug is big enough to make two mugs of hot chocolate the two whisks work very well. The timed programmes make it very simple to use and the drinks are steaming hot when done. It also looks great in the kitchen

The best
I like this even more than I expected to. I chose for the stainless steel jug without non stick chemicals so it was an expensive choice just for hot chocolate but I’m so impressed. Really easy to use and clean, makes hot chocolate from flakes and hot frothy milk. Heats to a good hot temperature. I like the design. Excellent all round.

First use couldn’t be more impressed the frothy milk stayed in the cup when tipped, found that full fat is really thick when stirred, almost to thick, lots of setting, cold milk, chocolate etc, a lot more expensive but should hopefully last a lot longer than cheaper models, looks good and dishwasher safe. Worth the extra expense.

On checking I can see you can this has a capacity of 600ml. On checking the manual I can see it is advised to make hot chocolate with full fat milk and flakes of dark chocolate.

There are seven different programs you can select from a dial at the front of the milk frother:
Hot Chocolate
Hot Milk
Hot Milk with Light Froth
Hot Milk with Thick Froth
Cold Milk with Light Froth
Cold Milk with Thick Froth

There is no information regarding adding coffee to the machine as this is a Milk Frother, not a coffee machine.

You can put dairy free milk in the milk frother but it will not necessarily create the same quality and ‘frothiness’ as using cows milk.
