Great toaster
So far so good. Toasts evenly. Bread I use are quite long slices so I do have to turn bread upside during toasting but thats a me issue not toasters😂. Looks great as well. Really pleased with product.

The four slots are split into 2 x 2 - thats about as independent as it gets. You can put 2 slices or 4 slices down. However, all the other controls toasting power, cancel, defrost will operate for for all four slots at one time. So if you put two slices down, then add another 2 after a minute, as soon as you cancel all 4 will pop up.

I can advise the following for the TFP09.000BK Dawn 4 Slice Toaster - Black:
Each 2 slotted side can be use independently from each other. However, the main controls in the middle are for both sides at the same time. You won't be able to set one side to 5 and the other to 3.

They do not record the dimensions for the slots. They advise though that "All our Toasters will fit a standard slice of bread.
