Safety and comfort for home exercising

Bought for husband. He is over six foot so feet had to overlap the end somewhat, but a comfy mat non the less. Good quality and non slip.

I bought this to do some morning stretch exercises on a porcelain tiled kitchen floor. I have no complaints at all about the padding and insulation against the cold floor on wintry mornings. It could do with being a little wider to fully accommodate my movements, but it still fulfils my needs regardless.
