The Hisense E6432C Electric Ceramic Hob makes it simple to cook for the whole family or just yourself with 4 flexible cooking zones. The Double Ring Zone adapts to different pan sizes, so whether you're boiling a big pot of pasta or heating a single serving of soup, you've got the right fit. Stop & Go lets you pause everything for 10 minutes without losing your settings - handy when the doorbell rings or you need to check on something else. Stay Warm keeps food at a steady 70 degrees C so flavours stay fresh until everyone's ready to eat.
Touch controls at the front make adjustments quick and easy, with burner power ranging from 1.2kW to 2.2kW giving you good control over heat levels. The Soft Melt function holds a gentle 42 degrees C, perfect for melting chocolate or butter without the risk of burning. Residual heat indicators show which zones are still warm after use, adding safety and letting you keep plates or sauces at serving temperature. The safety cut-off switches the hob off if left unattended, and it fits a 60 x 51cm aperture, backed by a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee.
This hob comes with a Double Ring Zone providing you with even greater flexibility with your cooking. Put simply, this allows you to use a variety of pan sizes, or to provide even greater power levels when required.

Just what was needed to replace faulty hob
Bought early June and had fitted 10/7 all working perfectly, then one ring then two stopped working, electrician came back today and all working nicely .

Very glad I bought this. One tiny quibble- you gave the overall measurements but in future it would help if you also stated the size of the part of the hob that has to fit in a hole - generally smaller.

Having checked, the Hisense E6432C Electric Ceramic Hob, needs to be hardwired in, it does not have a plug attached. It is advised to use a qualified installer.

This does not come with a timer however, it does have a Safety Cut Off that automatically turns off the heat when left unattended. It also have a Stop & Go function that allows you to pause your cooking. Simply press this button to pause the hob for 10 minutes, Stop & Go then turns back on to the previous settings.

Having checked the manual I can see this hob has an 'Automatic rapid heating' function however when the temperature is decreased it will take some time to decrease in heat.
