Good sized pots at great price
Great size for patio plants, holds quite a lot of plants. Draining holes are already on the bottom so no need to make any. Great price. Downside was the 3 tubs were taped together with white tape, for transport and welded itself to pots. The other 3 had clear tape so were fine

If the obelisk is wire the base can be bend inward to fit in the pots.

This would not be suitable for that obelisk. The internal dimensions of this are: 25.5cm x 25.5cm x 30cm and would be a little too small.

No, there are no pre-drilled drainage holes. However there are a total of 18 very small, pre-cut slits around the outer edges of the base, to allow some water to drain away. Best to drill 4 larger holes in the base as I have, to allow free drainage and prevent water collecting in the bottom of the pot, thus saturating the soil and drowning any plants you put into it.

WHAM website says these planters are made from recycled PP, which is polypropylene. You may find the article, The Best Non-Toxic Planters Containers For Organic Gardening, on the Umbel Organics website helpful, which gives lots of advice about safe containers, and advises if choosing plastic tubs, the SAFER plastic container options for growing food are new tubs made from LDPE - low-density polyethylene - recycling code 4, or PP - polypropylene - recycling code 5. Hope this helps.
