About this product
This MasterClass Non-Stick Quick-Release Springform Cake Tin with Loose Base takes the hassle out of baking perfectly formed sponge and fruit cakes. Made of commercial-grade ceramic with a reinforced non-stick coating, it's designed to provide great results again and again. The cake pan measures 20 cm (8) across, and 7 cm (3) deep. At this size, it's a good all-rounder – as well as being perfect for sponge and fruit cakes, it's also fantastic for baking cheesecakes, or individual tiers for a wedding cake.

It does what it says on the tin!!!
Bought just before Christmas, I managed to use the loose based tin to bake a cake to share with family. The spring form was easy to use, despite arthritic hands. A good quality finish, and safe to put in the dishwasher too. The cake was eaten very quickly!

I was surprised to pick up this springform baking tin which was in a plastic bag with no other protection . The round tin was distorted and not perfectly round
