Our supplier has advised that the Jay-Be Truecore Hybrid 2000 Pocket Mattress - King is a standard width kingsize mattress. If the bedframe is 10cm wider then there may be a gap depending on the width of where the mattress will actually sit.

It does have a spring system but it really depends on your own preferences. I will be buying it because I have a back condition. Drs do not advise on beds but occupational therapy may do if you are under them.
I think this is pretty good because you have 100 nights to test it and return it if you arent happy. I will be going to test it at a different retailer before I buy it here. Probably the better way to do it
