About this product
Keep your mattress fresh and protected with this waterproof protector that shields against spills, accidents and night-time sweats. It's made with a soft touch microfibre surface and a waterproof polypropylene backing, so you get complete protection without sacrificing comfort. The fitted skirt design wraps around the sides of your mattress just like a fitted sheet, which means it covers every inch and stays securely in place. It's suitable for king size beds, giving you reliable coverage that works hard to extend the life of your mattress.
The elasticated skirt makes fitting quick and straightforward, even on deeper mattresses. It's machine washable at 40C, so keeping it clean is simple and convenient. The waterproof barrier stops liquids from seeping through, while the soft microfibre top layer feels comfortable against your sheets. Whether you're protecting a new mattress or extending the life of an existing one, this protector delivers practical performance you can count on every night.

Soft, comfortable, and waterproof mattress protector with good fit and value. Breathable, quiet, and easy to wash. Some find fit or waterproofing less effective.

Slides off the mattress
I haven’t really tested if it is waterproof as we did not have any accidents but I don’t like that it slides off the mattress when you sit or lay on the bed. I have one from different brand and it sit better on the mattress. So I would not buy again for that reason.

Hello there,
The supplier has advised for the Silentnight Waterproof Mattress Protector - Double: The electric blanket can be covered with a protector/thin topper, all Silentnight products are safe to use with an electric blanket however other brands would need to be checked with the manufacturer directly.
