The Silentnight anti-allergy duvet is filled with anti-allergy hollowfibre that actively protects your duvet from bacteria and dust mites to help prevent allergies. Our anti-allergy fibres are approved by the British Allergy Foundation, which means they have the ultimate seal of approval.
It is also machine washable at 40 degree which means you can keep your duvet fresh and clean for longer.

This duvet is just right! It has a perfect tog for pretty much all year round use. I find it warm and cozy on colder nights and just cool enough for warmer ones. It feels luxurious and I feel like I slept in a top hotel every morning!

Active Chemical Ingredient
Dimethyloctadecyl[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ammonium chloride: This is the active antimicrobial substance used to treat the duvet's hollowfibre filling.
Aegis Microbe Shield: Silentnight often uses this specific treatment (often referred to as LUROL AM-7 fiber) for its anti-allergy range. It works by creating a permanent coating on the fibers that physically disrupts the cell membranes of microbes rather than leaching toxic chemicals into the environment.
